YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a calm, passive yoga style in which the asanas (postures) are performed mostly lying and sitting and held for between three and seven minutes. A neutral lying position is also often integrated between asanas to harmonize.

FORUM/TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

The aerobics room becomes a force floor! We work with barbells and weight plates. The weight can be selected individually and allows training for every level. Tightening + increasing tone.

STEP

A varied endurance workout, through ascending and descending a height-adjustable platform. Simple to demanding step combinations. A sweaty workout with lots of fun.

CYCLEATTACK/CYCLING

Training on a special bike to motivating music in a group. Individual endurance training that also strengthens leg, stomach and back muscles. Lots of fun guaranteed!

PILATES

Mobilizing the spine and promoting the core muscles — a harmonious combination of mobility and strength. An important component of any balanced workout that increases body awareness.

POWER YOGA

Classic yoga exercises with flowing movements that promote an upright posture and good mobility at the same time.

BODYLATES

A combination of Pilates and body forming strong core, healthy back!

FULL BODY POWER

A cardiovascular workout for the whole body. One hour of 100% power!

STRETCH & RECOVERY

Dynamic and static expansions are at the center of this. Mobility is also trained. The perfect lesson to end the day.

CALISTHENICS

With calisthenics, you train your muscles through self-weight exercises such as pull-ups and push-ups.
This course takes place in our Calisthenics Park.

TRX (TOTAL RESISTANCE EXERCISES)

TRX training is an effective full body workout that particularly promotes body tension and core training. It not only strengthens strength and endurance, but also improves mobility, sensorimotor and coordination. One of the best ways to train the body holistically.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a very dynamic form of yoga. The so-called asanas are not practiced individually, but are strung together in flowing movements.

FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT

Functional training uses free exercises to stabilize, build strength and improve performance in other sports.

ZUMBA FITNESS/TONING

Zumba is a dance-like cardio workout
to Latin American and exotic rhythms, with the focus on fun. Soft sneakers and freaky clothes are welcome.

FUNCTIONAL BASICS

Functional Basics trains the ability to perform basic and complex movement patterns across the entire natural range of motion with appropriate body stability and movement control.
